We offer Beauty Supplies, Haircare, and related products for your personal use at your own discretion.  We are not LIABLE for any damages arising from PRODUCT MISUSE, ALLERGIC REACTIONS or any ISSUE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.   ALWAYS follow manufactures directions and perform a sample test as direct before using any new product. 

We reserve the right to discontinue Products or modify/adjust pricing at any time without notice. 

 

Right to Refuse Service

Spark and Glitter Beauty Supply reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, orders or accounts at OUR DISCRETION, when necessary to protect our business, customers, or to comply with applicable laws. This includes cases involving Fraudulent or suspicious activity, Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviors. Repeated violations of our store policies. WE WILL NEVER REFUSE SERVICE FOR RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, GENDER, SEXAL ORIENTATION, DISABILITY, OR ANY OTHER PROTECTED STATUS UNDER TEXAS OR FEDERAL LAW.
